![]() that wasn't funny. It's really one of tv's all time classic shows. Jerry Seinfeld is funny both on this show and on his own. Julia Louis-Dreyfus [Elaine] is funny, but pretty much just on here. Jason Alexander [George] is funny on the show and on the very funny Duckman! And my favorite of the four is definitely Michael Richards as Kramer!! Kramer's my kind of people. He just says and does whatever comes to mind, just like me. And Michael Richards was funny in UHF and Problem Child too. This show, more than any other has invented sayings and situations that have become part of the way people talk. And I remember when it was on originally everyone was always talking about the new Seinfeld episode. ![]() The show really makes its own universe and populates it with a lot of funny and eccentric characters. Seinfeld has a really unique tone that can't be copied. I love the great supporting cast too. Like the hilarious Uncle Leo [Len Lesser], and Banya [Steve Hytner, also great on Working and The Prophecy series] among many others. The Seinfeld logo is linked to the official Seinfeld site. ![]() then it was adapted into a great sci-fi movie in 1994 [I'm not really a Van Damme fan, but he was great in Timecop], then ABC picked up this Timecop series for the 1997 season and killed it after making only 9 episodes. And they deliberately sank it too, playing shadow games with air dates and times so nobody could follow without a decoder ring. After watching some episodes again recently I could really see the potential in this series, it could've run for a long time. It wasn't till I was capturing these pics that ![]() I noticed Don Stark [Bob from That 70's Show] is the head of the Time Enforcement Commission. There were only 9 episodes [only 3 or 4 were aired originally before the series was cut], but it has aired on the U.S. Scifi network, so watch for it there. I'd love to see a DVD set but I'm not holding my breath. The title links to a small fan site. ![]() Danny DeVito [from Friends, The Simpsons, Ruthless People, Tin Men, Throw Momma From The Train, Twins, Junior, Mars Attacks and Big Fish], Marilu Henner [from Evening Shade and Johnny Dangerously], Tony Danza [from Who's The Boss, The Practice, Going Ape! and She's Out Of Control], Andy Kaufman [from Saturday Night Live and Heartbeeps], Jeff Conaway [from Babylon 5, Happy Days, Freddy's Nightmares and Elvira Mistress Of The Dark] and the great Christopher Lloyd [from Barney Miller, Streethawk, Spin City, Tremors, Back To The Future, Star Trek III: The Search For Spock, Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Suburban Commando]. I love how all the characters get along, and how the show's not scared to get surreal at times for a good laugh. Christopher Lloyd's Reverend Jim Ignatowski is one of my favorite TV characters of all time!![]() He's right up there with Shaggy from Scooby Doo, Dr. Johnny Fever and Cheech & Chong as everyone's favorite stoner. And even though he's burnt out and funny, he can be really insightful and profound at times. Plus he's a good guy with a huge heart, which absolutely helps make Jim so likeable. All my favorite episodes are Jim episodes, like the one where he keeps a horse in his apartment, the one where he turns his van into a castle in Elaine's living room, and the one with Victor Buono [from The Man From Atlantis] as Jim's father. My other favorite character on the show is one of TV's slimiest scumbags, Louie DePalma. Danny DeVito really shows why he's become such a huge star since Taxi. The show has a classic comedy that still stands up great, so if you're looking for a laugh just check out Taxi.
